Requirements

We're looking for experienced critical care physicians who meet the following criteria:

Clinical Qualifications

✓MD or DO degree from accredited institution
✓Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, or Pulmonary/Critical Care
✓Minimum 2-3 years ICU experience (attending level)
✓Active state medical licenses (multi-state preferred)
✓Current hospital privileges or CBP-eligible

Technical & Operational

✓Comfortable with telemedicine technology and EMR systems
✓Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
✓Private workspace for HIPAA-compliant consultations
✓Computer with webcam, microphone, and dual monitors (recommended)
✓Strong communication and collaborative care skills
